Our exclusive accommodation includes:
A separate private Garden Studio with master bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and sauna.
The main house has two spacious double bedrooms each with private access and bathroom and comfortable indoor outdoor living areas.

The expansive sunny decks with an outside fireplace and BBQ are perfect areas to entertain and host any pre and post match functions. Fresh, stylish cuisine can be catered for onsite and on request.

The bride will be treated to a superb wedding day breakfast. We tailor each package to suit individual requirements to ensure that everyone’s day is truly special.

22 On Bay is minutes away from all transport connections and with ample, easy parking for vehicles. You are in walking distance of Palm Beach – one of Waiheke’s most beautiful and renowned beaches.

The owner is a mother of three daughters with lots of previous experience, nerves of steel, a good sense of humour and also her own designer label and therefore can assist with any last minute details! A discreet and stunning venue, catering to all your needs.
